Hello everyone, I’m Jennifer Sawatzky. I’m an NASM certified trainer and group fitness coach. With several continuing education certifications under my belt, I’m always learning and growing to help more! I have been personally training for over 5 years now. I went through my own fitness journey after a big life change. Losing 45 pounds was huge, but all the other things I gained in the process made me who I am today. Gaining the love of myself again, endurance, joy, and most of all, confidence in myself.

My passion is to help others with their goals. Never giving them anything they can’t do, but pushing them to see all they are capable of. I believe everyone deserves a right to be in good health and find that inner confidence (the beast within).

Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult. You just need someone in the ring with you, telling you, “You’re worth the fight.”
